Over the school holidays I have managed to acquire the footage which will make up the main task of the advanced production. This has pleased me thoroughly! I hope to get through the editing stage as quickly as possible and get onto the fine tuning of the documentary extract so I can focus on the two ancillary projects.
I will combine the video material I got from the virtual band I interviewed and a selection of footage from the BBC Digital Revolution site, which as I mentioned in a previous post is available for use as long as you credit the site in the piece of work.
Looking back on some of my initial ideas, I can see things that would not work with the footage I have, and thus am rethinking the way I want to position the audience.
